Refund Policy for Secret Garden
1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for bookings made through Secret Garden, operated by Brendon's colony.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Advance Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your token amount.

2.2 Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, one night's rent for all booked rooms will be charged as a cancellation fee.

2.3 Post Check-in Cancellation: If you cancel after the check-in date due to unforeseen emergencies or circumstances, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

3. Refund Process

3.1 To request a refund, please contact us at bookings.sg.goa@gmail.com.

3.2 All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used for the booking.

3.3 Refund Processing Time: All refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval. The actual credit to your bank account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Modifications to Bookings

4.1 If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

4.2 Modifications are subject to availability and may result in price changes.

5. No-Show Policy

5.1 If you fail to check in on the scheduled date of arrival, you may be charged the full amount of the booking.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

6.1 In cases of unexpected events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we may offer more flexible cancellation terms.

7.  Changes to this Refund Policy

7.1 We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
