Agonda is a large village located in Canacona in South Goa district, India. Agonda is famous for its beach and It is one of the only four beaches designated as turtle nesting sites under the Coastal Regulation Zone 2011 notification.
A carpet of white sands dotted with colourful shacks, Agonda beach is lined with swaying palm trees and serenely overlooks the azure Arabian sea. One of the cleanest beaches of Goa, its usually less crowded and perfect for some downtime.
The Cola beach or Khola Beach is a private beach located 5km north of Agonda beach and 12km from Palolem Beach
The Agonda Beach becomes a little dangerous at high tide hours and surfing is a high risk situation. This beach is also not recommended for swimming dur to high risk factor associated with it. However, it is the ideal place to enjoy the romantic side of Goa.
You can hire a cab and drive via MDR49 to reach the Agonda beach or catch local transport which is cheaper options. By Train: The nearest railway station is Canacona which is 9.2 KM-18 mins, Balli- 20.7 KM-33 mins and Loliem- 22 KM-37 mins. You can easily hire a cab or catch local transport to reach Agonda beach.

So we planned to visit on one of the most busiest weekends, and to be honest the photos I went through while booking had kept me kind of in a doubt but since most properties were sold out. We had booked the sea view AC huts. Once we climbed up and saw the inside of the room. We were mindblown!!. It was neat, clean and very hygienic including the bathroom and Location is right next to the beach

The stay was very clam and nice. The properties are well managed by Mr. Godwin ji. Huts are very prepared and managed. Perfect location, perfect accomodation. It was a hut right on the beach a little way down from the resort enclosure. We had perfect view of the sea and beach and I would recommend asking for beach view with Balcony.

Best stay in agonda
The best place to be in Agonda! Fresh linens, clean rooms, good water supply, and a cute garden attached, directly at the beach.They have breakfast and food options just two minutes of walk from the stay.The owner is very kind host, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Will definitely go back again and recommend to all my friends!

Stay was fantastic and excellent location, wonderful climate as we had been there in mid November. We had booked Beach room with Air conditioning which had a balcony with garden view. They had cloth drying stands which was an advantage.
1) Rooms are neatly kept. Two small water bottles given free with a tea kettle 2) Location is excellent. One of the best in Goa and beach is just right opposite to the rooms. 3) Hidden garden restaurant food is very yummy.

I was looking for cool and calm place for vacation which is outside the urban ambience and opted for Agonda beach in south Goa. While my visit to the hotel I found it with good ambience, very silent and mind refreshing location which is away from loud music and give a peace of mind while stay. Very nice, decorated rooms on affordable price.
